Dr. Jon Calvert
Dr. Jon Calvert is originally from Lethbridge, Alberta. After his first year in university, he took a 2-year break and travelled to Ukraine to provide full-time volunteer service where he learned Russian while providing assistance to the people of the Don Bass region. He returned to Canada to complete his B. Sc. studies from the University of Alberta and then moved to Sydney, Australia to attend the University of Sydney Dental School. After graduation, he returned home to practice general dentistry. Dr. Jon is constantly excited to delve deeper into the science behind dentistry, and the innovation ahead. Outside of the dental clinic, Dr. Jon loves to challenge himself learning new skills like piano tuning, learning languages, and gardening. He loves playing all sports, and spends several evenings each week coaching his daughter’s soccer team..
