Dr. Nathan Speidel

Dr. Nathan Speidel was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. After a two-year service mission in Japan, Dr. Speidel attended the University of Alberta, where he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2016. Dr. Speidel is excited to join the South Family Dental team and get to know the community.

Dr. Speidel is passionate about providing his patients with the best care and believes it is important to provide as much information as possible so patients can make informed decisions about their oral healthcare. He strives to make every patient’s visit to the dentist a comfortable, relaxing experience and hopes to build lasting relationships.

Outside of the office, Dr. Speidel enjoys spending time with his wife, Shannon and their three children. Dr. Speidel is a confessed board game fanatic who also enjoys reading, rock climbing, exploring new places, and sampling great foods of all varieties.  Dr. Speidel speaks both English and some Japanese.
